I was born in a fishing
village on a small island in the South Pacific. My
father was a hard worker and provided well for his
family of 5 boys and 3 girls. My childhood was as
normal as anyone could expect with no unusual event
altering my future.
After finishing high school I moved to the city.
Staying with family, I searched for work as did most
people my age. Being unskilled workers of course
there
was not a lot of demand for us and we would take
whatever jobs we could get.
Fortunately I stood out from the crowd because of my
height and looks and an offer came through one of my
family members by a talent agency that specialized
in training girls in the social, cultural and
language skills necessary for those seeking work in
Japan. I was accepted and after some months of
schooling (and becoming 18 yrs old) I
traveled to Tokyo.
I
worked briefly as a waitress in a dinner
club but soon caught the eye of an influential
client and was transferred to the night club part of
the business where I would sit all evening chatting
with Japanese businessmen and professionals and
wearing elegant but very skimpy and sexy clothing. The
client that was responsible for my transfer was my
most frequent guest
He was a young, upcoming attorney in Tokyo from a
respected family and we were engaged but later broke
if off since I was not the docile, quiet type he
wanted me to be.
I
enjoyed the time I spent in Tokyo but declined the
offers to return choosing instead to use what I had
learned to assist one of my cousins with her career
as a singer / dancer. Her talents were obvious and
after a couple years she had professional management
and is today a highlight performer throughout Asia.
During the time I was her assistant I discovered the
internet as a tool in promoting her and that has
brought me to where I am today, not lofty of course
but I make a comfortable living and do what I like
to do. I am my own boss, travel where and when I
like and meet some very interesting people. Who
knows where it will lead me to next?
Naturally there's a lot more to my life than these
few brief facts but I don't want to write my entire
life history. If you actually want to know more just
ask, I'm not shy and there's no need for you to be.
